Challenge: Our client needed to save money and find a similar product to match with the existing furniture they have at their other location a benching style layout, and they needed to store the product since their space was not ready yet. Solution: VOI was able to locate 550 pre-owned Steelcase Avenir for the client. They were 6×5′ 53″H with glass panels and powered. VOI had to reconfigure the furniture by using our AUTO- CAD program to provide renderings before the product was installed. The product was in great condition and only a few years old so it was in excellent condition. We were able to store the used cubicles for 9 months until they were ready. Our knowledgeable and experienced installation team VOI was able to complete there was two-phase and it took us a total of 4 weeks to complete the project. Savings: The client was able to save $1 Million dollars on their budget and leaving room for many other upgrades in the building.
